Praying on the public by using industry terms that people don't fully understand (false advertising) to make the sale.

The salesperson is using a false number of visitors to the directory and false statements about web design terminality to make sales. They state that they are using meta tags on adds (photos) for users to find businesses on their directory, there are no meta tags used on the webpage per page source or in information about the image. Simple SEO (search engine optimizations) tools show that they are not being truthful.

I spoke with a supervisor who tried to justify their company's action and IT person would not talk to me when they knew I was a web designer.
