Company called our physical therapy business and pretended to be a company we are actually in contract with, saying there was a sale and they missed our monthly delivery. Send a random box of a toner and tried to send an invoice 2 months later trying to charge us almost $700 for one toner. They did not even provide a toner box. We got higher management involved and was able to obtain a return label to send anything they tried to give us and charge us for. They even used a bogus address when we received the invoice.

Workplace received a call requesting information regarding services used for workplace printers and model numbers. Informed caller that corporate office handles printer supplies and did not provide further information. Caller asked name of individual that was answering phone call. Employee provided name and last initial. Several weeks later an invoice for printer toner was faxed to workplace and employee that answered call was sent a text message to personal cell phone number stating the account was going to collections. Not sure how caller obtained personal cell number.

Called business stating they need info about printers to continue to provide toner. They were informed we only order toner through in-house IT department and no toner was ordered. Then they sent invoice for toner that was never ordered

We received an invoice to our corporate headquarters via mail in early January, collecting payment for the purchase of HP Laserjet toner. However, we do not use outside vendors and it was confirmed that our team responsible for ordering supplies did not make this purchase. We ignored the mailed invoice, but on 01/24, they emailed a copy with a "PAST DUE" stamp on it to one of our internal managers. Nothing of this company can be found online.
