On January 19, 2026 a purchase was made from this website, Digigearus.com, for 2 Seattle Seahawks Jerseys in the amount of $135.95. After 2 weeks of no updated shipping information, I contacted the company via email at [email protected] to inquire about the order. I received a response with updated information regarding shipping, and was advised that shipping could take up to 21 business days from order date. Since then, I have requested a full refund on 4 separate occasions via email since March 1,2026 with which the company agreed to a full refund. However, my most recent email from March 11,2026 from this company they mention the package is in transit and no mention of refunding my money. It is approaching 60 days from this company taking money from my account, and no refund issued or product delivered.
