Well, it sounds like we're not alone. They called our office a few weeks ago and told a staff member that they were our regular toner supplier and that we were due for a free toner cartridge. We just got the $644.25 invoice today. I told Robert that they were scamming us. He said Julie at our office ordered it. We do not have a Julie. He asked for my email to send me a return label. I told him I was not providing any more information and that they could make whatever arrangements necessary to retrieve the package and hung up.

CALLED RECEPTIONIST. CALLER REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS AN EXISITING VENDOR WITH PRINTER TONER THAT IS GOING TO INCREASE IN PRICE SOON. FAXED A DOCUMENT REGARDING PRINTER TONER. RECEPTIONIST THEN FOUND THAT THIS WAS NOT AN EXISITING VENDOR. CALLED THE NUMBER AND DECLINED.

PRINTER TONER WAS NEVER RECEIVED!!!

CURRENT VENDOR WAS CONTACTED AND TOLD US THEY HAD MULITPLE CUSTOMERS WHO HAD RECEVIED THE SAME SCAM.

INVOICE ARRIVES ONE MONTH LATER FOR A TONER THAT IS SEVEN TIMES THE PRICE OF OUR CURRENT VENDOR PRICE.

CALLED THE COMPANY TO REQUEST THAT THEY NEVER CONTACT OUR COMPANY AGAIN.

THE COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO SAY THAT THE EMPLOYEE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE HAD VERIFIED THE PURCHASE AND THAT THE TONER WAS SHIPPED. THE EMPLOYEE VERIFIES THAT THE CURRENT VENDOR WAS CONTACTED AND WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED TONER FROM THIS COMPANY.

We are Senior Living Housing in Colorado-this is the 3rd time Digimac has sent us an invoice saying we received something. WE WILL NOT PAY WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MERCHANTDISE. Not to mention why would anyone buy tone that cost $598-I call bull [censored]. This is a total scam.

We have pd these people twice in 2019 for things not received, but never again. We pd because those times we actually received toner-and they will not accept returns. At the time we were working with a Management company to take over managing our communities, so we were just putting out fires.

This company has tried to scam us twice in 3 years. They will send charged toner that you DO NOT ORDER, and then bill you for it. When you call and speak with them they will tell you someone spoke with one of their sales reps, which is 100% false.

A salesperson called my assisted living and spoke with a caregiver. She misrepresented herself stating to this caregiver that she was our usual toner supplier and wanted to offer us a low rate of toner shipment before the prices went up. My caregiver did not give them permission to ship us anything but instead gave them my email.

Fast forward a month later, we got a shipment for toner and an invoice for $595.25, more than six times what we actually pay for toner from our actual supplier. We tried to contact them many times. When we finally did they claimed it was a legitimate transaction and are demanding payment. The man on the phone was not at all helpful and continued to claim my caregiver gave them permission to send us the toner, even though I told them that's not how it works. They are supposed to speak with someone in charge of supplies.

I am not going to be paying them a dime. We are sending this ridiculous package back.

A couple weeks ago our business received a box of toner in the mail. We have several large printer/scanner/copiers, so getting toner isn't unusual. Then today I got an invoice from Digi Mac Solutions for $644.25 for one toner (we usually pay under $200 for this specific toner from our supplier). I reached out to them to let them know I never ordered anything from them, and they said they had record of me speaking to a rep and placing an order. I argued with them for a few minutes, then asked to speak to a manager. They told me the same thing. My name is on the bill, but I 100% never ordered toner. They were unwilling to admit that they fraudulently sent me anything. They said I could return it if I ordered it by mistake, which I'm going to do. But this is an obvious scam. They're hoping businesses will just use their product and then a couple weeks later they'll get a bill.

Scam!!! Called our office, got a name of employee and asked him for his printer model number. HP toner showed up later(I don't even have POD yet). Normally that toner cost us $70.00 and they billed us $598.00+$46.00 shipping. Not paying! Our legal dept sending them a letter of dispute.

Rep called several times for payment on overdue invoice. We told him that we didn't order it and we will not pay.

They called me and told me that they were sending us printer ink at a discount because their prices were inflating. I initially thought a coworker had purchased this, but once I asked them about it later they informed me that it was a scam. They sent the box to our facility, but I did not open it and I sent it back. It says they accept BITCOIN as payment.... Yeah fraud.
