He called the 855-450-1212 number and spoke with a Ruby. She told him he would need to pay a partial payment to secure the job since it was after hours and they had jobs before where drivers would call someone else to come out that was cheaper. Once she secured the payment she told the driver it would be 30 min. After 30 min went by, he called her again. She told him to be patient the mechanic was on his way. After an hour my driver called them back and she told him that the mechanic should be there anytime. So once they hung up a guy from Kost Tires pulled up he took care of the repair and wanted the $590.00. The driver told him they have already been paid the $590.00. The mechanic said he believed we have been scammed. So I, the Office Manager tried to reach out to the company to get that check voided no one would answer the phone. So I called our company that we go through with the EFS and since they assigned the code to the check we could not void it out. I called the business the next day and explained the situation to Ruby she assured me the check would be in the mail. It would take 3-5 business days. It has been 7days NO Check. I have made a police report on this situation.
