That's really funny because I don't even have EZ pass anymore and when I did have EZ pass I didn't have this phone number. I don't even drive anymore or have a license so it's really funny that I get these texts constantly

Urgent Legal Notice: EZPass Toll Unpaid Balance
Dear EZPass User:
Pursuant to Section 2C:20-8 of the Safe Passing and Transportation Act, you currently have an unpaid balance of $10.25 on your EZPass account. This notification is final. Failure to remit payment by 24:00 on May 15, 2025, will result in the following legal actions:
* Vehicle registration suspension and your vehicle classification as “non-compliant.'
* Automatic fines of up to $100 per unpaid toll.
* Liability for towing and storage fees.
* Willful evasion of toll payments may result in criminal charges pursuant to Section 2C:20-8.
To avoid these consequences, please remit the outstanding balance of $10.25 within TWELVE hours.
