This company claims to be in the UK, however, the items were shipped from California and the customer service states that items need to be mailed back to China for a refund. These items are not embroidered or even close to what is pictured on the website. DO NOT order from this company. I emailed the company asking to return the items and get a full refund. They offered a 15% refund and I keep the items. I do not want these items. It has been back and forth where now they are only offering a 45% refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and with the Federal Trade Commission.

Company sells clothes for a rather high dollar price that is not the product that is advertised. Product received is completely and entirely different. Complaints and requests for refund go unanswered.

Online Retailer Scam

Advertisement on Pinterest. What is advertised is no where near what you receive. The photos they provide of what you are purchasing looks like it’s worth the price but the item received is not remotely the same and looks like it’s not even worth $1.00. They are in China provide no recourse. I am hoping PayPal can assist but not confident. It takes forever to get the item and they already have your money.

I ordered an item online that was 80% linen, a long overcoat garment, stated to be made in Italy. I received a 100% rayon dress that wasn't open in the front and was poorly made, and clearly not Italian linen.

Do not buy anything from this company! I placed an order for shoes 2months ago from an ad placed on Pinterest. I've emailed the company several times and I always get a reply that "their on the" or "we ran out and had to contact the manufacturer for more and they will be shipped soon" or some such thing. They've never come. Don't waste your money on this China fraud
