Order 2 pair of shoes on 7/30/25. Began receiving e-mails with tracking info shortly. After 2 weeks, I contacted company e-mail and asked for update. I got: Dear Steve, Thank you for your patience. I understand your concern regarding the status of your order. Your package is currently in transit, and while it may not have shown movement recently, it is still on its way to you. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery. You can track your order using the tracking number ACM269609080CY at this link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=ACM269609080CY. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a great week ahead. Kind Regards, Customer Service Center

08/27/25 the tracking site shows that the merchandise was delivered but IT WAS NOT. I contacted Dick's (phone number listed on the website) and they tell me that this was a scam. I have notified my credit card company and disputed the charge.
