Unauthorized transactions

I didn't order anything on their platform and I don't even have an account but they withdrawn ~130 GBP using my credit card data (which they probably got by hacking an online merchant's database) in 2 separate transactions which I didn't authorize.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought tickets to see Young the Giant in July 2018 on this site. Young the Giant never performed and the announcer on stage said "it has never happened before." Something tells me this does happen. First when I contacted the site to get a refund, for some reason they told me the event was free. Very odd. Once I showed them a bank account statement...and their OWN advertisement, they admitted they were wrong and said they would follow up with the venue. After almost 2 weeks they contacted me again and said that I shouldn't believe my ears and eyes because Young the Giant did play a "DJ set" and for that reason I could not get a refund. They had the nerve to provide me a link of an instagram picture of Young the Giant playing "DJ" (not even what was paid for). False advertising and basically theft. STAY AWAY. You may think you are going to see something that WILL NOT HAPPEN OR IS MISLEADING and NO REFUND.
