Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a jacket from DHgate.com. It said 7-21 days for shipment. I paid and they charged my credit card immediately. I followed up after 2-3 weeks and they said the shipment was delayed at the dock because of the Chinese New Year. A few days later they seller said they would give me a different color that was already in the US. They asked for my height and weight so they could give me the right size. I said I have a similar coat of the same brand, I want the small in black that I ordered. They then said for me to request a refund as I would not be getting the coat. The notice said my refund will be processed in 4-6 weeks. So, they took my money January 28 with apparently no intention of ever sending my jacket and now won't refund my money for 4-6 weeks. This is obviously and scam and I fell for it. I lost out on a small amount of money, interest on the purchase, and potentially currency exchange.
