The ring took way longer than estimated time to deliver. And then on the first day, it was caught on a thread and just completely deformed. It's unbelievable how terriithe quality is. Customer service is rude, slow(days to reply) and just straight up lies.

We heard about D'Happy Makers on Instagram. The jewelry products looked amazing and the website appearence was professional and classy. We bought 3 products and the 4th one was free. We waited more than a month for the items and we never received them. We communicated by email and we were supposed to have a tracking number. We waited and nothing. When we finally asked for a refund, they told us our credit card was fraudulent and they needed copy of our passports numbers and pictures to proceeded with our order. Do not ever send any type of personal information, such as passport or personal id, when you purchase any product. Beware and stay safe!
