Complete Scam company

Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas. Was told that it was held up and would be sent asap. 2 months later, numerous emails and empty promises, nothing has arrived. They gave me a shipping tracking number that didn’t exist. When I contacted SHL they informed me that a label had been made but the item not sent. I have reported a claim.

I ordered a Jersey from devils pro shop. It was “lost” in the mail for weeks. I emailed and no one contacted me back. It finally came today from a fake address and it’s a knockoff jersey which is stained and damaged. The return address on the package is “Jane 371 little falls road cedar grove nj”

I ordered a devils jersey and was sent the wrong size. Website claims hassle free returns yet when i asked to return i was argued with by customer service and told i would receive a 30% discount rather than the full refund. I asked for a customer service phone number and they refused to give me one.
