The company identified in this complaint contacted me through our Shopify site. After continued persistence and claiming they were legitimate company specialized in optimizing website traffic and thorough research and many emails, I made payment for 429.99 for the development of my site and design work. The firm was paid to optimize our site which they claimed was not performing at the average conversion rate and they could improve this. They were to increase traffic to my site with SEO work which was left incomplete. To date, they only completed design work and did not finish the optimization and SEO. The site is now performing worse than before, and our conversion rates have fallen precipitously due to their false claims of improving the site. We are not stuck having to hire another team to fix the mistakes and redo the work that was done incorrectly. This company continues to claim that I am unable to receive a refund. They claim they are not the same company which has been accused of several false and misleading claims as well as fraud and deceptive business practices. They will email you (Evelyn) claiming they can help you and that they will research your products and improve your site traffic, they will claim they are the best and show outdated examples of conversion rates. This company is a scam and they should be banned from doing business in the USA.
