Ordered a gift from DesignedByMemories.com and never received it
On 11-30-22, they charged my Visa $67.49 for a gift I purchased and never sent the item. Their website lists alleged shipping times and this item should have been here long ago if they weren’t complete thieves.
On 12-16-22, “customer service” said the item had shipped that day and a tracking number would be provided when the shipper sent it to them. As we all know, that’s not quite how things go when you mail something. They now refuse to even acknowledge an email from me, even though there’s no other way to contact these criminals. Although perhaps it’s me that’s the [censored] for not paying closer attention to the lack of address or phone number. Very unlike me not to check these simple things.
I’ve tried to contact them to remedy this and they refuse to participate or even acknowledge my email.
Here’s the info listed on my credit card charge from these people: “SP DESIGNED BY MEMOR HTTPSDESIGNEDWA”
