I ordered 1 pillow from Derila Pillow online on their website derila.com on Dec. 24. There was no way to review the order before submitting the payment. After paying, I received a confirmation that said that I ordered 4 pillows, not 1. The total amount I lost was $60.00. I immediately sent an email to Derila to tell them to correct the order. I emailed [email protected]. I received an email from Derila on Dec. 26 which said that they couldn't correct the order because their "warehouse has already sorted everything out." I called Derila on Dec. 26 and the person I spoke to said they couldn't correct the order because it had already been "dispatched." I said I did not believe that they already shipped the order, because it obviously didn't get shipped on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and I had emailed them immediately after seeing the order was not correct. This is obviously a scam.
