After I told him that I will be going to the local police dept. to file a complaint and with all the print out of the emails he than replies to me stating its the last chance and that he will be filing to my local court. Not once has he mentioned my name or who I am. Stating that when he enters my social security number into their database system he found that I have been charged for a fraud activity.
