A prospective tenant asked me how come there are two different prices for this apartment located at 9725 64 Ave #C2. Landlord asks for $2,200 and that's what I posted for online. Dennis P Thornton posted it for $1,850 on Zumper and Apartment.com using my apartment pictures and descriptions for bait and switch. There is no agency information, no license information, and no address of his office anywhere. I called his number, and asked if he has this listing he said yes. I said that's interesting because I am the listing agent and he hung up on me. Be aware of this type of scam/phishing when you are looking for rentals.
