I made arrangements and purchased a lab puppy from a James Morgan on Facebook. I transferred $500 to his “sons“ paypal address at the above listed email. He contacted me several times via text messaging during the week. He asked for additional money prior to shipping For vet services and toys. I declined to transfer additional money stating I would take the puppy to my own vet and I had plenty of toys. On the shipping date he sent me a shipping company website as well as a tracking number. The company sent me an email requesting $1500 For a dog crate rental that would be refunded to me upon the receipt of the animal. I replied back that shipping was included in the original total price of $1000 and that was the sellers responsibility. I have received no puppy nor any further communication from the seller.
