Attempted to call Delta Dental USA and accidentally misdialed the business's phone number. People who answered the phone asked for personally-identifiable information like social security number, name, address, phone number, and debit card number. Claimed that consumer would get a gift card if she paid a certain amount of money. Consumer was given another phone number (833-354-0302) to call.
