When I look for Dell official Technical support through internet, their website is just showing up as www.delltechsupportnumbers.com on their website there is a 800-582-2431 phone number. When I call this number, they claimed to be Dell Technical Support. It is very confusing I mistook this as the real dell official support website. They claim to be dell tech support and told me my computer got virus and charge my credit card $149. I realized they are scammer and ask for refund. Suddenly, the way they talk become very scary and threatening. The scammer's name is David Thompson (probably fake name, the number is 866-949-9162, probably fake number)

I hope you do some investigation to stop the scammer, it is very misleading to Dell consumers.
