I was on Facebook and the advertisement for the Iceyqueen came across my feed so I went to the site and purchased a necklace with matching bracelet. The money was taken from my account with a promise of delivery within 5-7 business days and I've been waiting for my jewelry EVER SINCE !!!

I ordered some flowers for a party I was having on Saturday on the website and let you pick available dates and Saturday was available. I then picked that date. Flowers never arrived. They did charge me though.

I emailed for three days asking for refund.They refuse to issue a refund.

I place an order on February 16th. I received a confirmation of the order. On March 4 I inquired about my order as I hadn't received any updates. I was told due the number of orders things were delayed and would be sent in 7-15 business days. I requested an update by March 11 which I have received none.

I ordered a product online and paid for expedited shipping. I have never received the product. I have emailed customer service several times without receiving a response. Now the website is no longer operational and an error comes when you try to access the page.

While on Facebook the end of November 2025, I came across an advertisement which appeared to be Old Navy so I placed an order for Christmas. After I placed the order, I realized it was not Old Navy and the order was being shipped from outside the United States. Confirmation and tracking information was provided; however, I never received the order. I contacted customer service after the tracking showed the order was delivered to say I didn't receive it, and the company offered to reship my order. I verified my address and my order was reshipped. By this time I believe it was after Christmas, the second delivery to my home took place, and yet I never received anything. I then requested a full refund and suspected that there was a problem. Each time I requested a refund, I received a response and an apology and yet never received a refund. Unfortunately, I missed the window period to file a dispute as I used my credit card as I only had 60 days.

We ordered an mp3 player in November so that my son will have it by Christmas. 12/25 came and no product, 1/4/26 came and still no product Ave no answer to emails! 1/12/26 came finally an answer, a as picture that showed the delivery drivers hand holding the package and the company saying it was delivered. I sent an email back with a picture of my front door to show we never got the package! Back and forth with false emails saying the carrier delivered the package! Telling me I can only get half of a refund back if I paid for shipping, then they said they sent out a replacement and no tracking number for that, then I was told finally I would get a refund! The refund was processed 2/26/26 and it is now 3/6/26 and I still have not gotten my refund or the product! Turn email they sent saa as us the refund is pending not processed, this company is fake do not buy anything from them will! You will not get your order

Placed order on website on January 11th 2026. The website claims that it ships from the USA and standard shipping is 3-4 days. Come to find out, the product actually ships from China. It’s been 31 days and I still have not received my items. They now claim to have delivered them. I received an email at 2:00 am this morning, (2-12-26) stating that my package was delivered. It wasn’t! I’ve written several emails stating my frustration and asking for a refund. I have not received a response.
