Deliver-It is a sketchy business with a scrubbed domain name deliver-it.com that has a client relationship with Apple to make deliveries for them. They barely made an attempt to deliver my product and I have proof that they just took a picture in front of my house as an attempt of delivery. I was at home the entire time. They made 2 more attempts to deliver while I was home. I now have to process a refund with Apple that I never received my product. I believe these people claim to lose/steal the products from Apple as a form of insurance fraud. I have camera footage of them attempting to make the delivery. The reviews of them on Google and Yelp proves that they have a pattern of losing products out for delivery.

Apple Mac mini m2 pro was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago via expediated shipping from Deliver-it. The tracking hasnt been updated and the last message shows that it was out for delivery at 7am June 1st. Its now June the 3rd and no sign of my product.

The are clearly a scam business because their only contact is a phone number that directs you with a prompt to track your package on their website before it ends the call. There is no option to speak with anyone from the company or a customer service representative.

There are hundreds of reviews on google, bbb, and yelp all with 1 star expierences so this scam has been going on for quite some time.
