Advertised and pictured as a crystal decanter. Picture shows full size decanter with raised lettering and texture on the front, back and sides being held by a full size person and the decanter appears to be a full 750ml bottle. Actual product is a miniature glass bottle with cheap stickers on the front and back. Even the stickers are not on correctly - they have bubbles and are not straight. Maybe worth $5 - not $30 ++.

A company advertised an item I purchased online and sent a different item, very cheaply made from China. The company name Is Libiyi. Advertised a 250 U S anniversary, detailed and three-dimensional FLASK. I bought four, total $116.97 Received very cheaply made plastic bottles with a sticker on front.

Item description online deceptive and falsely stated. Product received is poor quality ( not real wood, not hand carved or hand painted, simply a digital image on imitation wood) and not as described in sale purchase.

I purchased November 24th 2024 EIGHT Sherum LuxeGem Mugs. I received 2 shipments the last one being received 12/4/2024. These Mugs look nothing like what I ordered. It's painted plastic Mugs with a metal insert that overlaps the top of mug. Also it's much smaller than expected...maybe 8 ounces. These mugs were purchased as Christmas gifts and I would NEVER give these to ANYONE (that bad).

I have reached out to this company via email x3 and I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipment which I was told it would cost me $50-$80. I sent another scathing email and I was offered for my inconvenience to keep the product and $15 refund. Another email was sent and then was offered $25 refund and to keep product.

I have reported this purchase to my credit card company and are going to be investigated for this charge.

The company grossly and illegally mis advertised/misrepresented a product that is nothing short of crap. I can send pictures of product that was advertised and the trash product I received.

I am sure I'm not the only one who has reported this company to you. I have looked online at the new reviews and there are a lot of disgruntled victims to this scam.
