I have reached out to this company via email x3 and I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipment which I was told it would cost me $50-$80. I sent another scathing email and I was offered for my inconvenience to keep the product and $15 refund. Another email was sent and then was offered $25 refund and to keep product.
I have reported this purchase to my credit card company and are going to be investigated for this charge.
The company grossly and illegally mis advertised/misrepresented a product that is nothing short of crap. I can send pictures of product that was advertised and the trash product I received.
I am sure I'm not the only one who has reported this company to you. I have looked online at the new reviews and there are a lot of disgruntled victims to this scam.
