I received an email from what appeared to be State Farm requesting that I complete a survey in order to receive free fire safety equipment (fire extinguisher, etc.). I only needed to pay for the shipping ($11.42). After I completed the survey and gave them my credit card for the shipping, it occurred to me that it may be phishing, so I contacted State Farm and asked. They confirmed it was phishing. This happened yesterday. I can see the charge pending on my credit card and the company name appears as "Proprint Paper and Sup Miami”. I will dispute the charge when it is complete on my credit card.
