I was contacted through email. The person claimed to be a debt collector’s attorney. They told me a warrant had been issued and gave me a warrant claim number. Then proceeded to say they were going to send the sherrif’s office to arrest me unless I contacted them with 4 hours. If I did not contact them with in the allotted time, they would arrest me and charge me over $6,000 in court cost fees. Then they signed off as “ Office Deena Kennedy

Crime Enforcement Network,

300 South Spring Street,

Los Angeles,

CA 90013-1230”

They also threatened to contact my employer.
