I was contacted by a woman claiming to be Payton Gray from Star Point Pre-Litigation Services. She stated that she had a client who was a group of attorneys who were pursuing a civil court case against me. They are planning to sue me for a past debt owed from a credit card open from 1/1/2012 to 11/2018. She was willing to contact them on my behalf to see if the debt could be settled outside of court. She had my name family members names and my social security number when i questioned the legitimacy of the call. Upon giving my credit card information they could not verify the merchant name of the charge coming through. When transferred to a supervisor I was yelled at and told that he processes 225 payments a day and that they all come from Advisor Pay. That is the second different merchant account they gave. When I asked to be transferred back to Payton to handle at a later time as I needed to pick my son up from school. He yelled at me and said No we are going to handle this issue now, and thats when I hung up on them. I received a voicemail from Ms. Payton Gray from the phone number (234)- 208-5204 asking for me to return her call immediately. Then I received 2 additional calls from Ms. Gray from the phone numbers (912)- 380-6978 and (912)-380-7190 asking me to call back at 912-380-6978 at extension 202.

When I called the phone number listed on the website someone answered stating "this is Amanda". I hung up. I called again and a different person answered with the name Vivian, and claimed to only answer the phone when i inquired what business she was with. Then she said my name Miss Piatt, and I hung up the phone.
