I am being harassed by a company Medical Diagnostic Billing Service. They call and say that I owe them for lab tests done in the past. They will not tell me the name of the doctor who ordered it, what labs they were, or give me an address to mail my payment. I asked if they can email me the bill. They said they do not do that. They have an old credit card on file that I closed. I don’t remember giving them that information. They said that they mailed the bill to my address, they recite my address. I asked them to resend the bill. They said that they will not do that. They only send out bills once.

I have been called by different numbers for the same reason. I believe that this is a scam. According to my health insurance company, I do not have any outstanding medical bills.
