They call leave a message when you call back there very rude they told me they sent me a letter never got a letter when I say send me another they told me I could get it during discovery when we go to court when I called my court house they said nothing has been filed with them and if there were there delivery person would deliver it to me at home or work they tell you there having you served and no one ever shows up

Received a call from 1-844-787-5866, a guy stated he was calling from LCS Mediation Services to see if I wanted to reach a settlement on a debt in their office. He advised a letter had been sent to my address but I failed to attend the mediation. I ask the guy to give me the address the letter was mailed to and he became upset but did provide me with an address unfamiliar to myself. When I advised him that wasn’t my address he provided me with the last four of my social security number and my date of birth and proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t respond I was responsible for the debt. I then requested the information to be sent via email and gave me an email address that I hadn’t used in over 20 years. The guy became upset and then placed me on hold where the supervisor took over the call. The supervisor was very rude, said the incorrect address didn’t matter and they only way I could get more information was durning discovery when we go to court. He stated they would serve me at my job so to keep forms of ID on my at all times and I will need a supervisor or HR person available as a witness. He continued to yell other this at this point. I advised him to do what ever he felt necessary but not to contact me again. Then I disconnect the call.

I received several phone messages from the number in Atlanta, GA. An automated message said they were calling from the office of Brian *****, and her name was Amber *****. They were giving me a call regarding a few sales documents that required me to go on to say that she had important sales documents that required my signature immediately. It further said I would need to be available between the hours of 12 and five. Assuming that I would be at work at that time, I would need to be available with two forms of ID and a witness. Understand that if we do serve you at your job, you will need your supervisor or someone from the HR department to sign up as a witness for you. It goes on to say I can stop the action by calling 844-280-1852. I called back and was told by a male that They were collecting for a Quick Cash loan that I had and owed 1300.00 dollars. I advised him that I had never taken out a loan of that type and it was not my debt. He said, "Come on, man, everyone says you got to give me more than that." I asked how I was supposed to prove I didn't do something. I further said I did not intend to pay anything because it was not my debt. He refused to provide any other information and said I told him to take me to court. I said I did not say that and wanted proof of the debt. He disconnected from me.
