I got a call from a place that said they were hired by CashNet USA to collect on a PayDay loan. They stated they had a whole investigation going on me. I already settled this debt with IFS LLC which is a legit company, but when I asked for an email to send the paid in full letter to them as proof all I got were fakes. [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. They also stated they already had my paid in full letter from IFS LLC and I paid them, but the money never got sent to Cashnet. They called me from a South Dakota phone number, but the company letterhead is Georgia. They threatened me with litigation, and court proceedings to pay the debt. So stupidly I paid them. Then I called back and asked for my money back, but they said I would have to fight them in court and that were going to show up at my house or my job.
