The guy called claiming to be a representative of the city of Toronto and asked my girlfriend for her name and address to confirm she was the right person. I asked what it was concerning and why they would need that info if they had a file and there would be no city rep at 7:20p to be making calls as city office establishments close at 5. They asked again got rude and hung up. I called the number from another phone and found out it was a

“CVV collection” and I asked to file a complaint and the guy asked for name and address to attach to phone number and I asked if that was to attach to the file for the recording. He got awkward and rude and more so when I told him they were in violation for impersonating a city rep under the ScamPulse.com guidelines and impersonating a city worker isn’t a joke by the standards and he lost it. Telling me I’m a lier and demanding the name and information or else. I hung up before I escalated to his level and came to file this complaint
