Person left vmail saying I was going to be served court docs. Name of bruce eckford. And needs 2 forms of id lol. Prompted to call 4055046519 to stop the action. So attempt to terrorize and then get you to call and give them money.

The person calling had a very heavy foreign accent & I could not understand the name of the company they were portraying even though I listened to the voicemail several times. They used my name & threatened me with legal action for something, again I could not fully understand what was being said. They stated something about papers being delivered to my home which I had to sign for & if not delivered, would be delivered to my "verified place of employment". They stated this was time sensitive and needed my immediate response. If I was not going to be home & needed to reschedule delivery, I needed to call 877-537-0125 immediately & give them my "case number". The caller ID came from a different number - 505-221-5677.

I keep getting calls by someone claiming I am being sued by Mastercard for $1000 for a card I never had. I have checked with Mastercard and they have no record of this card and nothing is on my credit report. He called me twice and got mad at me when I called him a scam. The second number he used was 972-696-7957. He asked to verify my social and birthdate. It was correct, but I didn't verify anything.
