Recieved a call about my mother who is passed away oweing a bill. They said they were from prelitigation. When i returned call there was no greeting, someone just answered phone. I told them she was dead and hung up.

Recoeced call. Was given a name. Then I asked for the American name that called me. He said the guy was out. I asked if he was affiliated with the ScamPulse.com He said “oh yes mam” I asked his score and he hung up on me!

Received a recorded voice mail stating:

Hello, my name is Linda Wells, and I'm calling from the offices of Sullivan and Associates. We have received some time-sensitive documents regarding a pending matter involving *********. We have mailed out several notices to the last address on file and there has been no response back. The firm is left with no other options. We will move forward with all the necessary actions required to resolve this pending issue. This is a courtesy call to see if there is any questions. Please call Sullivan and Associates at 855-520-2557. It's imperative you return the phone call immediately. Please reference case number two zero nine three three six.

I did not answer the phone, however I let the call go to Voice Mail. The message left stated "To proceed against you. At this time you are forfeiting your right to take care of this matter voluntarily. Client is willing to take rectify the matter if they here from you today. Please press 1 to be connrected to the next representative in reference to the claim number." It then proceeds to(I assume) makecthe same threat in Spanish. I have no such legal action being taken against me. This is a Scam to take whatever monies I would give them, probably with unstated threat to empty my bank account and use the maximum amount available on my Credit Cards. Please inform others not to give in to such threats.

I did not answer the phone call but the voicemail left states, "Hello, I'm calling you today as a courtesy, your number was given as a point of contact to reach ____ _____ (first and last name of my father). Please inform ____ ___ that they have been named as a person of interest in an important matter that requires their immediate attention. Federal law prohibits me from disclosing any further information. If you know this person, please press one now or contact us directly at 833-883-2793, again that phone number is 833-883-2793. Thank you for your help today.

The phone call came from West Point, KY with my local area code. My phone identified it as potential spam and if it had not, I probably would have answered it because it's a local area code. There was no e-mail address used but this form would not let me move on until I entered an email address so I just made one up so I could move on. Please disregard, and consider removing the requirement on that field.
