This person who goes by Mark Smith sent me a threatening email stating he will pursue legal proceedings going after garnishing my wages, arrest me and saying i owe over $8000 in some cash payday loan.

This company emailed me that I owed money from Advance America. Advance America does not loan money to anyone. They provide a lender that will loan money out. I call Advance America and they have instructed me that this was a scam and that they have been scammed by this company. When I called the number above, I got an Indian from India that barely speaked english saying all this. I have a report on file with the FTC, FBI internet crimes division, KY State Attorneys office and the Commission of Public Bureau. I just want to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.

They stated i owed 1200 soemthing dollars and daid i had to pay 750 to freeze the account down then when I asked the creditor and irs address they gave me a nonexistant address and ignored my other questions saying I legally have no right to know then teying to reduce the price to 250 i later found out they used the name mark Smith on the final message I doubt its a real person because up till then thwre qas no name
