Similar experience... ordered cotton blend shirts. Shipping delayed and split into two separate orders. Shirts were a mixed blend of some kind but as I wash before wearing even new items, I washed the first shirt which shrank 2 full sizes. The other two shirts came later and I knew I would need to at minimum exchange the shirts. The Co. support teams continues to stall for time and so I opened a dispute with my CC, they refunded but are investigating. I am playing email back and forth, probably the co. is stalling for time so 30 window passes. I have requested return/exchange and where to send the packaging. Co. keeps saying, once we know X,Y,Z, we will send you instructions etc. They did see that I have a dispute open, and asked that I cancel it BEFORE they will give me any return info. I advised that the dispute would remain open until I was satisfied with the company's response and resolution to this issue.
