Saw an ad on TikTok for custom embroidered sweatshirt for Father’s Day. Ordered through their website. Got a tracking # that said the item was delivered to a different state. No answer from emails & website is gone now.

I paid for a custom sweatshirt WITH MY NIECE’S FACE ON IT, & it was delivered in Illinois. It was to be delivered to PA. Now the website doesn’t exist.

Ordered a hoodie for fathers day. I recieved tracking information showing the item was coming from China. Then showed as arrived in IL about a week later, then USPS tracking shows delivered to Bradley IL instead of my home address in WI.

Emailed customer service the day it was delivered and asked for a remake but never received an email back.

Delivered. Contacted a legitimate company at site who advised that is a scan tabs to call the bank. Company: Betabros LLC (469) 618-2341
