I've never receive my order. They got my money on Dec 12 th. I never got my order.

I ordered a tee shirt from them about a week ago. Then yesterday noticed a charge of 54.75 from a site on my bank account. But it was under a different name? : ChicVGroupRaleigh instead of Dear-Lover the website. They charged my bank account for 54.75 and I never purchased anything but the 16 dollar shirt.
I have reported this to my bank as fraud. I want my money back in my account immediately!
