Purchased a Christmas gift from what appeared to be a legit website. After placing an order it arrived about 6 weeks later. The item was nothing like pictured. It was so fake and the quality ridiculously poor. The amount deducted from my bank account was not the same amount on the receipt, but about $20 higher. They do not honor their return policy as stated on their website. In fact, they have no return policy. I’ve emailed with them only to get the run around offering me $25 compensation on a $85 purchase.

Online Scam

I purchased 2 items from the website Deapsigner, upon checkout and getting a confirmation email that states my total paid was $86.72, but that total amount token from me was $104.06, this should have been my first red flag and immediately cancel the order but I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Receiving my item the quality of them would no where near be worth $100. I read their return policy followed their steps and with the email I received they suggested to gift these item to someone else and my only refund would be worth $15. To which I kindly denied due to the amount being less then 50% of what I paid, I asked to seek some further help to return these items and get a better refund to which they were very refusing to do, if there was a number to call I would but they only have an email to contact which makes communication difficult. I’ll never buy from these company ever again and I highly advise others to not waste their money on them. They removed contact from when I kindly told them that after my patients and kindness toward them I will be taking legal matters to the situation as they are not following their OWN company policy!
