My company purchased two costumes from his company, Dead rabbit studios (dead rabbit studios.com). He communicated through messenger about the purchase, he gave me his phone number and we also communicated through text about the order. I received my pay pal invoice and I pause the total of $2200. I got some updates and a firm ship date on my order. Then as I would text or message for updates as the date grew near, he dropped out of sight. Zero communication. I had our companies upper management call him, and we got an ups tracking number created but the package was never dropped off to ups . That is the status so far. I purchased the costumes on august 15, 2023.
