I purchased a pheromone lotion from their store, made the payment, and never received the product. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, their responses were always the same vague message claiming that the package was "in transit" — but the tracking never updated, and the item never arrived.

After weeks of waiting, I requested a full refund. Instead, they offered me a partial refund of only $15.67 USD, even though they never delivered anything. I refused this ridiculous offer.

This company is operating fraudulently:

They do not fulfill orders.

They stall with copy-paste replies.

They aim to waste time so your chargeback window closes.

They never provide proof of shipment or a real delivery date.

I have already filed a dispute with my bank, reported them to consumer protection agencies, and will continue sharing this to warn others.
