Contacted me through proposed husbands 2009 check cashing transaction. Said would take legal action soon could propose settlement. Send copy of demand letter, can't find them on web.

Contacted me trying to find out where to serve me for lawsuit. They called from a blocked number and had an address over 18 years old.
Be ware. Same scripted message as above. Scam scam scam.

supposedly named David Park who uses whatever county you reside in information and says he is on they sent legal docs and I need to sign legal documents. They say you are being sued by a check cashing company. They name a company in the name of D&D ACTION LEGAL TEAM

I had exactly the same situation, some guy name Thomas Parks left me a voice message. When I called back and they told me exactly the same thing as you mentioned.
