Huge promotion nationally on television. Scheduling not readily available. But you are charged even after closing account. No live contact with company, robotic email responses that do not correspond with my issues. The charges are ongoing !!!

The site, https://dazzlingcleaning.com/, claims to match you with verified cleaners but they don't disclose you have to sign up for a 6 month membership, when i tried to cancel I was charged $125 plus $50 for the 'membership'

On top of this, they sent a 'cleaner' to my home who didn't clean anything ( I have pictures) and stole some jewelry. Luckily it wasn't real gold or anything expensive, but they are CROOKS.

They get you in by saying that it’s $19 for a three hour house cleaning and then before the person even leaves they charge you $49 as a membership fee that locks you in for six months.

I liked a page on facebook called dazzlimg cleaning. Was contacted by them to initiate cleaning service but once booked no service had been provided just my funds taken. No response to my emails nor does the number i had for them work.

I purchased a one time cleaning that never happened and they continued to charge my card each month for a “subscription.” I had to cancel the card but they somehow have a contract with Visa to get the new numbers. Total nightmare

A family member sent me a voucher to have 2 hours of cleaning for $9 and later I discovered this company was charging me $49 a month for a "membership subscription" that I was not aware of. They refused to issue a refund. Here is their response, "Please be reminded that if you cancel now, it would be before 6 paid months (October 21, 2023), so based on your ForeverClean membership, your first cleaning (on April 21, 2023) will be charged at full price ($113.02) and because you agreed to the terms upon purchasing the ForeverClean voucher, membership fees are non-refundable."

Avoid them if you don't want to be ripped off like I was. I now have to contact my bank and the Attorney General office to investigate them. I am also filiing a compaint with the BBB.

I bought a trial voucher for 3 hours of housecleaning in January 2023. It wasn't until March that this company could get someone to accept the assignment though I had given availability of Mon- Sat 9 am - 5 pm.

The first time they tried to fill with someone coming on a Sunday at 11 am. Not only do I not allow nonessential work to be done on the Sabbath, I was to be in church at this time so I cancelled that appointment asking for any of the other times within my availability previously stated.

They sent a worker that was 8 months pregnant to clean my bathroom, sweep and mop my floors. My husband felt bad for her and didn't call her to task though he did reiterate my written and verbal request to focus on the floors and clean the guest bathroom. She swept, not moving anything so I had to go back afterward. She straightened the bathroom and cleaned the mirror but didn't clean the outside of the toilet, mop, or get the rim or waterline of the toilet. My 9 year old granddaughter does a better job. She hand washed the dishes despite being told not to do the dishes. She swept the kitchen but didn't mop. The microwave was not touched, the counters were straightened but just a quick swipe to clean. The stove and vent hood were not touched etc. Nothing like wiping appliances down. I usually wash the outside of dish washer, stove, oven, fridge, small appliances, and garbage can besides shining up the sink and cleaning the microwave inside and out. I had asked her to focus on bathroom, sweeping and mopping bathroom, dining room, kitchen, hall, entry and living room. She spent 3 hours and did a poor job of bathroom and sweeping but then didn't mop stating her mop was broken. She didn't borrow mine or my swiffer with wet pads though offered.

My husband gave her a $20 as a tip after this mostly because of her being pregnant with her 3rd child and her not feeling well. I didn't complain about her less than stellar job because of her circumstances until I found that I was charged a $49/month fee and told I had signed up for ForeverClean membership. I came to find out that if I cancel before 6 months that my debit card would be charged for the full amount the 3 hours would have cost at retail. I didn't know about any contract and would not have signed one just to have a better rate on a first trial with any company. They took my bank information when I purchased the trial voucher. They say I can schedule as frequently as daily and get the 60% off pricing that the monthly membership fee provides but have failed to have anyone to fill any of the appointments.

This is the email I got in response to my complain to them.

Dazzling Cleaning was expected to send a cleaner to my house for 9 hours to deep clean. I paid a fee, that they did not specify was inclusive of a "Forever Clean" membership fee, and that if I canceled earlier than 6 months, I would be charged over $500 for the clean. The cleaner did about an hour worth of cleaning, our house was being listed for sale the following day and my husband and I had to spend our entire weekend cleaning the house after the cleaner, not to mention the cleaner left alcoholic beverages in our fridge after she had left. When we complained to the business they said they could offer a one-hour voucher for our next cleaning and that was it. otherwise to cancel we have to pay an additional $350, or continue paying $49 for the next 5 months. This was not stated anywhere when I signed up for these services.

Please see Facebook group: DAZZLING CLEANING COMPANY SCAM with 547 members. This company is an absolute scam. They pull you in on social media with false advertising, provide the poorest cleaning services ever conceived, then keep charging you a subscription fee even after you cancel. There are so many horror stories in the FB group. A very unprofessional “sales rep” from the company contacted me regarding my latest attempt at cancellation and would not take no for an answer. They were aggressive and the whole situation was very sketchy. This company has to be put in check.

- Houston, TX, USA

There is an advertisement that tells you you can get your house cleaned for a set price if you buy a voucher. Once said voucher is purchased and used you will be charged 49 for a subscription. You are now locked in a contract for 6 months and in order to cancel you will be charged an additional 188. The only way to contact them is online through email where they only repeat the “terms” and are gaslighted about being tricked.

The scam you with a bs promotion. One Free 3hr cleaning for the price of $20 but when you get the service they automatically sign you up for premium monthly service and if you want to cancel it’s a $150 dollar early termination fee!
