You need to also be careful because they do have full Social Security numbers. Watch your credit and if anything comes off I guarantee you they're the one to blame. If I were you I would file a lawsuit against them for fraud. The only reason they got your information is because they bought it at an auction with tons of other debts that had never been collected. That's all debt collectors are they bit it and auction it off to the highest bidder to try to get some of their money back. They don't even have a business license that's why they had to take part of their website down is because for one there were misspellings to there was fraud on the page for stealing pictures of another law firm and threes they don't have a legal business or an agent as of now and are unable to operate legally.

I received a voicemail from this company claiming that I was the defendant of a lawsuit and that if I didn't contact them within 72 hours, I would forfeit my rights. They did not use any identifying information. I called the number given to see what would happen. A real person answered the phone and said he worked for an arbitration company called Dawson Webber. SInce I didn't have a case number, he asked for my name and social security number. When I confronted him about it being a scam, he threatened that when I get a follow up call I'll know it isn't a scam. Then he hung up.

Was contacted by them stating a court case was pending if I do not pay debt. Unfortunately I paid half of the amount using debit card which can not put a stop payment on. Going back through my files I already paid this debt and now they will not refund this money all I got was the run around.

You need to contact your bank and tell them it was a scam and to ask for the money to be refunded. The company is a scam that used to have a website that they have taken down that had misspelling they also had taken pictures from another Law Firm out of Kentucky and use those pictures in their profile. They've been contacting us over a debt that was over 10 years old and after nine years no one will attempt to collect that debt it's written off I just talked to a woman from there they actually blocked me because I call them repeatedly telling them to stop harassing me how they were or else I would be filing a suit against them. They are no longer employed by the agent and Dover Delaware at 8 the green. They actually release them after I called and reported them for scamming I'm not sure where they're located at now but they are not to be trusted and no one should give that information to them whatsoever.
