I have an email that said I have owed money to a client and that they have sent several emails/reminders of a the past due balance. They said that they were going to file against me this Tuesday. The email also said they had tried emailing me ( which I check with the email they contacted me with, which this was the only email they sent). They sent a link to use a court house locator. They said you will be served with a notice to appear at your courthouse soon. But it can be avoided if I sent in a payment or else it will be the case will be executed. All it said is " Law Firm, Davison Law Firm" with no city or phone number. The sender was named Steve Smith. It has listed my one of my emails, my legal name and the last phone number I did l.

This was a law firm called Davisson law firm I looked this name up it does exist but the email that was sent to me had no address no phone number was saying I owed a debt of 988.56 this is wrong I never took a loan from them I don’t even have a job nor do qualify for one my credit is bad this whoever he is said I owed advance America money which again is a lie he kept making threats about taking the matter to court and saying it would me in your best iinrests to settle the matter now

I cannot take much more of people scamming and trying to scare you

Notice this company uses a sot number to do Bussiness this has to be the same person working out of this location pretending to use another I. This case law firm to say he is this Steve smith person after reading through the website this Steve smith

Had passed away I looked through all of the Davidson law firms web sites snd there is no

Steve smith there they have Stephen but no steve smith anyway this needs to stop and whoever this is needs to

be caught
