Dog rescue service for papillon puppy. Facebook account name is David Shipley from Ft Wayne Indiana. Zelle $150, contract seemed totally legit. Then transport company requested $600 crate rental that would be refunded in delivery. Proceeded to badger me to pay cause we have a contract. Orig agreement was David Shipley would deliver pup in person.. he is still trying to home this dog on Facebook. Everything became apparent that it was scam,, tried to talk to him on phone and he was completely foreign. Requested money to be refunded and he refused.
