They note in large print LEATHER and in fine print PV. There is not such thing as vegan leather. Leather is leather. What we were sent was similar to what can be found in a Dollarama. Very poor quality reeking of plastic. Of the other two jackets (not pleather) the sizing is completely off. We ordered 2 men's large winter jackets. At best they were a boy's large. Also, they were noted to be the warmest for any cold weather and are not at all warm enough for a Manitoba winter. When requesting a refund, they noted that we missed the 30 day return deadline. It took close to that to receive them and they would not extend the 30 day return policy to reflect the noted date received. They arranged the shipping and had record of when package was received. Who can afford to waste money on such poor quality non fitting product that cannot be refunded?

Do not buy from this company. It is IMPOSSIBLE to return Their customer service after you buy is non existent for returns or exchanges and all the costs are on you.

I ordered the ''LEATHER'' jacket early due to all of the shipping problems currently. Didn't know it was a fake coming from China. IMy husband just had his birhtday,so it just got opened. It is too small, and it's fake wheich he thankfully even mention. Now they won't take it back as it;s been over the 30 days which is not near enough time when using a foreign company. I just want my money back.

I bought what I thought was a leather jacket last year and recieved a very smelly polyurethane jacket,which is now stashed somewhere in a plastic bag.because I don't have time to start shipping it back and asking for a refund from this scammers at outwear that I probably wont get.I was so pissed of with what I got.dont buy anything from them people.all this positive reviews you see about them are all fake,their jackets are polyurethane not leather and they smell so bad,the 50% off is always the catch in their website.buyer beware you have been warned.

I ordered a jacket and decided that I didn't want it after reading bad reviews about them. It was only about 15 minutes later that I canceled the jacket. They told me it was too late to cancel, that once I ordered it there was no way to cancel it. That's just a darn out lie. These jackets are shipped from China which I didn't know at the time, so I know it wasn't shipped in 15 minutes. Beware of this company!

Ordered a leather jacket that seemed like a bargain. After purchasing, I kept getting texts pressuring me to order a second one for $25 less than the sale price. I was close to ordering it but I didn't bite...thank God! I had ordered a 4x leather coat on Jan 6th and arrived at my home on Jan 29th. Putting it on, it was a size large or XL at best and nowhere close to being a 4x. Reading the return BS, it indictates you have to pay for return shipping. They then will inspect the item and if they approve of its condition, they will then approve a refund. I don't feel I can trust this company. Not willing to trust them with returning the jacket. I don't want to deal with losing my money and the jacket I paid for...btw it smells bad! I don't recommend anyone to do business with them. I certainly wont.

I ordered a coat on January 5, 2022 after reading normal delivery times of 3-5 business days. I tracked my coat on January 16th and it is still in China. I was unaware that we were still trading with China since I am Quarantined due to CORONAVIRUS. David Outdoor did assist me with tracking, not that it was too hard since it hasn't gone anywhere in two weeks time.

My leather jacket came in as a smelly polyurethane jacket I was so disappointed...after waiting for three weeks for a cool leather jacket I had seen online... don't be fooled like I was people

Best support team ever! They followed up with me from the start and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally, I received my belt and jacket, boy the quality is something I can tell you that, will definitely purchase again!

The jacket I purchased was for my son for christmas. He loved it and it fits perfectly. High quality and great craftsmanship...I will definitely tell all my family and friends about your company...truly worth the money and the wait time to receive it.

I purchased a coat from this "business" and no sooner do I pay for the items I find out this business that supposedly is stateside is located in England, which is weird considering when you search for pretty much anything else it always comes up with websites in the country you live in. I check reviews and find out there isn't a single customer who has gotten what they paid for or received the correct item. I tried to cancel it the same day and received a generic "your order is locked and we can't refund you" which no legitimate business does, every business I've ever dealt with has a cancellation option or an option to contact them and cancel the order. As soon as I respond with "this reeks of a scam" I get an email saying they're going to process a refund. Four days go by without any word or sign of the refund and when I emailed them today (now a week after purchase) they say it already shipped. I follow the tracking number they sent and it was literally created AFTER I received the email saying they had shipped it which is a sign that they had zero intentions of refunding my money. I've already contacted my bank and they're investigating this scammer.

What's worse, if you log into AliExpress you can find every article of clothing from their website on it. They just buy cheap knock off clothing, mark it up 10x what it's worth, and then add their label to it as if it's theirs (which AliExpress will do). What is extremely telling that this person is a scammer is that they set up their website to always show a 50% off sale that is ending today and there are no bad reviews on any of the items and there are less than a handful of reviews on any given item. They also try to sell the lowest quality leather (PU) as being high grade. PU leather is the lowest of the low and you get better quality out of a garbage bag raincoat.

Oh, and go type their address into googlemaps and go to street view. It doesn't show a business at all but a town house type structure with another business that has been ousted as a scam as well so one can assume it was another failed scam of theirs. Don't purchase anything from them. Their "customer service" is non existent and just copy past the same response and will only deviate from those responses when you call them out for being a scammer.

I have reported them to my bank and getting a refund that route, but save yourself the trouble and don't order from this scammer.

Website portraits products on "Warehouse Clearance Ends Today" and depict products with their label for 50% off the original price. This and the items they sell do not change and the items remain 50% off in perpetuity.

After placing an order through them I became aware and suspicious of their advertisement practices and cancelled the order within two hours of placing the order. (I have e-mails and order request if you need them) I send them a cancellation request at their e-mail address and the responded with the following:

Thanks for reaching out, I hope this email finds you well.

Please know that once an order has placed it cannot be cancelled. As soon as you place your order it is immediately locked into our processing system which allows us to get your new David Outwear sent out to you right away. Feel free to read about it in our FAQ page.

Their webpage provides the following:

RETURN POLICY

You may return for any reason within 30 days after placing your order. Please contact our customer support to request a return within this time period. Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges (size/color).

Also, after doing more research their items are bought at AliExpress for a fraction of the price and they change their labels to make them appear as their own.

I ordered my kingdom jacket 2 months ago, I have to say I don't agree with the review above, it did take 2 and a half weeks to arrive, best jacket I have ever purchase, their customer team is amazing, just getting another one for my son too.

Ordered a leather jacket for special limited time price. Used credit card to purchase the jacket. No receipt and no confirmation after the transaction. The phone number listed was not in service. Waited a week and no leather jacket was sent, The $100 dollars was charged to my credit card. They had picture ads of the miscellaneous products they claimed they were selling. They are a overseas scammer beware.
