Giving away 1percent of my lottery win to random people

Insta acct posts all put up 4 days ago.
Reached out to me on Tiltok then had me move over to Instagram. Wanted to give be $40,000.said his account manager was standing by. I don’t know any account manager that works at 6:42am!

They have upped their game using Paypal to transfer funds. But you have to pay an activation fee of $100 before the money will be released to you.
PayPal takes fees off the transfer money amount and it is a percentage, based on the amount of money being transferred.

Where did all the good people go? I have been involved with countless scammers online. Now, I don’t trust anybody. Not the way I want to live but a sad reality!

Lottery winner giving out $30,000

Dave has been hounding me and saying his driver scammed him every time I’m showed to give him the money and now I’m reverse searching all his stock photos and they are all stock on my reverse search but before that he did send me a fraudulent check that went through my atm for 2 days so I thought it was legit and then the next day, lost all the $ with a fictitious/altered check.
He has been using fed ex truck photos with $$$ and I even got another text from an email saying she was a fed ex special agent and all I had to do was pay all the shipping fees and I wound get my money. She does not text or sound like an agent and she will only show me her fed ex ID, nothing to back it up. I was also scammed by the last “fed ex driver” as well and I am positive Dave is doing this to multiple people.
If you need more info or photos, I would be more than willing to help out! I want this guy caught and to stop badgering me throw diff numbers and my $ back. 🙏🏼

Dave Johnson lottery scam

I was initially sent a follow request by Dave Johnson on Instagram and he claimed to be handing out $30,000 to the first 2,000 followers. I took the bait and was eventually put in contact with a David Gonzalez ([email protected]) as well as a Shawn Mosbey ([email protected]) who both claimed to work for fedex and were in charge of delivering my “winning package.” I kept taking the bait and paying them fee after fee, it didn’t seem to end and every time I asked if this was the last fee they said it was and then would ask for more money. They always wanted me to pay @kyndall-mattocks via Venmo and they baited me out of a total of $1,577. I finally smartened up, researched more into it and found out that this was a scam. I called them out on it and they continue to deny that it was a scam and this was a legit offer. I even asked for my money back and they said I need to pay $204 for a “refund form” in order to get my money back. I still have the entire text conversation between David and Shawn if this would help the report.

Instagram message to me indicating sender (dave_johnson90080) was awarding $35,000 to the first 2,000 followers to his account. Subsequently I was notified that I had been selected and to contact FedEx for shipping info confirmation. Then it was required for me to make shipping costs ranging from $187 to $587, which I declined. The FedEx text number provided was (689)210-8925.

Dave Johnson is giving $30,000 to his first 2,000 followers and he asks for name address and phone number the he directs us to a FedEx ground agent he will ask for a code the agent will contact you and ask for and activation fee shipping fee.

then say he will be there that day if you pay then “head” down to your address but then has you pay a security fee to bring it then he will say he’s on the way then tell you that there is a problem and will have to pay for the truck to come and if he stays over night you will have to pay for his lodging. He will send pictures but they are from google
