So I sent some packages thru UPS, then I get an offer to do a UPS survey, and win a free gift. Did the survey, says I won a dash cam, just pay shipping . As soon as I paid the shipping, I get linked to Dash Guard. Without my knowledge, there was no fine print to read, because as soon as I paid the shipping, the site disappeared. The next thing I know, I'm being charged 89$, on the credit card I used to pay the shipping. Without my approval . The dash cam is not even worth 89$. So I call my credit card co. who declined it, and the linked me to who took the money. I called the company, before the holidays, asked them to not do this, and when I checked my card statement yesterday, This company did it again, 69$ charged for a dash cam worth 25$, that I supposedly won. So when I called them again, they wanted the dash cam back, then they would refund me. So I sent it back, cost me 13$, plus the 69$ charge, total, 82$ for something I so called won. I am going to seek legal aide for this thru AARP, I am 70yrs old, feel taken advantage of.

I received an email that looked like it was UPS. It read that if I completed a survey about UPS service, I could get a "Free" dash cam after only paying $5.95 shipping and handling. After I completed the survey and paid the $5.95, I received another email saying that my credit card would be charged an additional $79.99. This is a classic "Bait & Switch" scam. They sent me a defective plastic dash cam that did not work which I returned. They said they would send me a replacement unit, but never did.
