Welcome to the TEAM!

For you to start working with us, you need to signup with the online dashboard at https://dash-delta.com/user/. Your dashboard will be your main tool for you to check your packages.

IMPORTANT:

• Click Signup on this link https://dash-delta.com/user/

• Please make sure to put your accurate residential address. (If you are living in an apartment please include your Apartment Number on the Street Address field)

• Address changes are not considered during your 1st month.

• Please wait for the activation email from us after you submit your Dashboard Request (You can't log in without the activation email)

• I will be assigning you to your supervisors - they will be coaching you and guide you on a daily basis. Please make sure to stay connected with the Management Team. (Please expect phone calls from your Supervisors Sydney and Aliah, once your dashboard is verified.)

• We route the packages to your address. You will start receiving them within 2-5 business days.

• The company will be sending training packages. Please don't be concerned or surprised if you will be receiving gold bars or gold coins, these are not real gold. They are just used for training purposes since they are lightweight.

• All you need to have are few rolls of clear packing tape.

• Our office hours are as follows: Mon-Fri 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST. You can reach us via phone call, SMS, and email.

• Accounting will reach out to you within 3-10 business days to request for your payroll information and provide tax forms.

• Just a friendly reminder, once your dashboard is activated you need to login 3x daily for you not to miss any updates. Your daily attendance is also tracked through your login online.

• There are also instances that you will be doing pickups. These are VIP packages that need to be handled with care and our customers don’t want to jeopardize the safety of their packages. Your VIP packages Supervisor will let you know ahead of time and will send authorization letters, if needed.

(NOTE: IF YOU OPT OUT FROM DOING PICKUPS WE WILL BE DEDUCTING $700 FROM YOUR MONTHLY BASIC PAY. PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.)

• IN THE EVENT OF RESIGNATION, ONCE YOUR DASHBOARD IS APPROVED, YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY US 2 WEEKS AHEAD SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR EXIT. ALL PACKAGES ASSIGNED CANNOT BE REROUTED OR CANCELED.
