Same instructions as others here explained. I called the phone # on letter and a thick accented African lady answered, like from Nigera for ex.
Hard to understand her. I asked where is Joseph, who is named on the letter with the phone #, but of course he was not around.
Soooo ya people, they will cancel the check fast, and robb u blind faster.
Would DASANI or any corp ever conduct any type campaign in this way. NOOO

This text was from 904-962-6505. Right away I knew it was a scam. I don't know who these people are or how they got my number. But, I'll be glad when they're caught. Plus they sent a group text and I dont recognize any of the numbers in the group. PLEASE BEWARE! And don't click on any links.

Realized it would be a scam right away so I didn't even put any info in... but wanted to notify on here that it's still a problem and what phone number contacted me.
The check that I received had all zeros in the 1st grouping which identifies the name of the bank the check is from. It's FAKE there is no bank because these scammers just mass-produce their bogus checks. I notice so many people cannot grasp how all this money swapping works and why I can't keep the entire check amount. Not necessary. Just look at the numbers that run along the bottom of the check and that's all you need to know that it's a scam. Again, it's heartbreaking to hear about people losing their life savings when if the bank did their job it would save people from so many from losing their hard earned money.

They also tell you to deduct your 1st week's pay of $500 because that will be payed to the installer to put the decals on your vehicle. This is where they will get you. Of course i never did this but i imagine they would have me pay someone the money and then take additional funds from my account. I've read that this is a "car wrap" scam and that the check will will be deposited in your account but then days later your bank will tell you its a bad check and that you are responsible for the money you sent this 3rd party. I"ve included a snapshot of the document and check they sent me in the mail to this.
