Ordered two bras but received wrong item and no refund

This is the email that I sent to the so called company Danybloom. I usually read all reviews beforehand, OH BOY did I mess this up! Frauds!!!!!! I purchased 2 bras from this online company on 7/16/26, which I encountered through Facebook. I located the tracking email that was sent to me on 8/8/26. It started there would be a 2-3 day delay. I then received an email on 8/11/26 saying the bra was delivered. I received 1 tan colored bra. Not only was the order short 1 bra, but the bra received was not the bra I chose or the correct size. I emailed the company (which is the only option to contact them), stating that I DID NOT order the tan bra! I ordered and PAID for 2 bras. I attached pictures of the 2 cheetah print bras that were confirmed when I first ordered and also a picture of the bra that was sent. It is now September, and I have been in an email war, going back and forth with a company that is obviously a fraud!! They only respond that their "Relevant Team" is working on resolving the issue.

Wrong size bras and no refund from Danybloom

I saw the bras in an ad. I ordered my size, but when the bras arrived they were not even close to my size, not labelled as my size, and of VERY inferior quality and workmanship. Also I ordered on Danybloom Canada - but it turns out the price was in American Dollars - not revealed until the order had gone through.

When I received the inferior goods incorrectly sized, I immediately went to the email for danybloom returns and got an automated response. I've tried three more times and still no real response. It's been two weeks now and I'm afraid I will never get this money back. What can I do. NEVER order from them!!!!
